Thanks for your feedback. The delay we had it started after we received the update end of May. We did not experience any delay before that on the same network. We tried to login to web app some of the users, the issue exists from the web app there is also delay. We did not do any changes on the network regarding firewalls, antivirus or even on the switches or routers.

We cleared the caches on the computers, where we have teams desktop application installed, clearing teams caches did not solve the issue. We tried to connect to teams through web browser, even through web app is disagreeable. Web browser is even worse. We started a new meeting with internal user, we share the same power point file with them it is almost same result. Please note we have too many internal meeting in some of them we don’t experience delay, others meeting wee are experiencing delay.
As I explained before the delay varies. The users who were not experienced delay in their presentation before they may experience delay later in different presentation. The delay is not predicted. My question, why the issue happened by end of May, any changes from Microsoft, or it is the end of May update.
We did not notice any delay before. Among several test that we have done , we connected some user on android app and ios app, comparing to the desktop app and web app the result was much better. We are also experiencing some issues with this version 1. If you switch on the video and there are more than 4 users on the call, entire machine freezes completely and becomes unresponsive. Only way to fix this is to switch off the Video. Disabling GPU in teams settings helps little bit.
